Why Tuesday Club when it meets on Wednesday?
We used to meet on Tuesdays and thus we named the club. However the town hall (mairie) of the town of Pézenas kindly offered us a room for our meetings - on a Wednesday!
Why did we not change the name? Because it always gets a laugh when we say the Tuesday Club meets every Wednesday. Plus you will not be late.
We are a lively group of local English speaking people of all nationalities who meet each week to celebrate living in this beautiful region.We come together to listen to talks from interesting people in the area, on a variety of subjects, to exchange ideas, go on visits, have fun and mix with fellow members.
